Introducing PANBlast, a wholly owned division of PAN

After nearly 20 years of building a name for ourselves in B2B tech PR, I am incredibly proud and excited to announce that we have been acquired by PAN, a 175-person global brand-to-demand agency.

Effective today, BLASTmedia is PANBlast, a division of PAN continuing to serve emerging to high-growth B2B tech and SaaS brands. We are still the same team of people you’ve come to know and love, now with access to next-level integrated marketing services (like creative, content marketing, and paid social), global reach for our clients, and added growth opportunities for our team.

Over the years, we have forged a mutual respect with PAN, partnering or referring business to one another. Through these touchpoints, it became clear that our agencies filled a strategic need for one another, and that we were aligned in these three core beliefs:

  • A hyper-focus on creating exceptional client experiences; with 50 years of combined experience, success stories and rapport to back it up.
  • A steadfast commitment to B2B tech; with shared expertise in core industries like AI, supply chain, retail tech, security, devops, HR tech, fintech, and climate tech, our combined experience allows us to service B2B tech clients at every stage of growth.
  • A people-first philosophy, shared values, and the belief that our people are—by far and away—our most valuable asset.

It’s been one of the greatest joys in my life to lead BLASTmedia alongside two of my best friends and an executive team who’ve been beyond loyal to building the best B2B SaaS PR agency in the country. And, we’re continuing with the same team at the helm on this next stage of our journey.

I will continue to run the strategic operations of PANBlast as Managing Director, and Lindsey Groepper, former president of BLASTmedia, is taking on the role of Executive Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. Kelly Hendricks, Founder of BLASTmedia, will serve in an advisory role through the end of the year. On the client experience and services side, Kim Jefferson is SVP of Client Relations, and Grace Williams is VP of Client Relations of PANBlast.

I can confidently say that PAN is the right partner for the future. The connection and trust we built with PAN’s executive leadership team was immediate, and CEO Phil Nardone’s vision made joining forces a natural decision. There’s no question the next chapter will be super exciting, filled with insurmountable opportunities and endless possibilities for our clients and people.

Thank you to everyone who has helped us get to this day—clients, partners, team members, mentors, vendors, advisors, and the executive leaders at PAN—the list is endless. We can’t wait to see what this next chapter holds. Let’s go!
